- We are a specialist manufacturer of concentric reducer in size range of 1/2″ to 48″ in accordance with ASME B16.9. We also produce custom size reducers as per design or drawing from our customers. Concentric reducers can be manufactured in seamless, welded or fabricated form. While seamless reducers can be produced upto size of 24″, we can produce welded and fabricated reducers upto a size range of 48″ or even higher in some cases.
- Concentric Reducers are used to join pipe or tube sections on the same axis. They provide an in-line conical transition between pressurized pipes of differing diameters. A pipe reducer can be a single diameter change or a multiple diameter change. The pipes cannot recognize what the outside configuration of the pipe reducer looks like.
- The concentric reducer is cone-shaped, and is used when there is a shift in diameter between pipes. For example, when a 1″ pipe transitions into a 3/4″ pipe and the top or bottom of the pipe doesn’t need to remain level.
- Concentric reducer is one of the most commonly used type of buttweld pipe fittings, produce as per ASME B16.9 dimensional specification.
